Who We Are

jesal.ai is the public service brand of Chitalia Ventures, an Ontario sole proprietorship operated by Jesal Chitalia.

This policy explains how I handle information when you visit jesal.ai or contact me about a role, project, collaboration, or service.

What The Site Collects

The launch version of jesal.ai is intentionally simple. It does not use an embedded contact form, account registration, newsletter signup, checkout, payment form, scheduler, chat widget, CRM submission, or file upload.

If you choose to contact me, the site opens your email application. You decide what to send. Your email may include your name, email address, organization, role, hiring context, project details, message, and any other information you choose to include. That email is received through the email services used by you and by me.

The site is built and hosted with Framer. Framer may process technical information needed to deliver the site and may provide aggregate traffic measurements for site owners. Framer states that its built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers.

The site may remember your light or dark theme preference in your browser using local storage. That preference stays on your device and is used to keep the site experience consistent. I do not use that theme preference to identify you.

How I Use Information

I use information you send by email to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• understand whether a role, project, collaboration, or service is a fit;
• prepare or discuss a proposal, statement of work, agreement, or next step;
• maintain reasonable business, relationship, security, and legal records; and
• meet applicable obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use inquiry emails for unrelated marketing lists, advertising profiles, or automated CRM submissions.

Service Providers And Disclosure

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the site, email, documents, business records, security, or a potential engagement. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect rights or security, complete a requested transaction or professional engagement, comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, or obtain professional advice.

Email And Record Retention

I keep inquiry emails and related notes only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess fit, manage opportunities, keep useful business context, protect security, or meet legal and recordkeeping needs.

As a practical operating rule, I periodically review inactive inquiry threads. If an inquiry is no longer reasonably needed, I delete it, anonymize it, or move it out of active working records. Signed agreements, invoices, tax records, payment records, and project records may need to be kept longer under separate business, legal, or accounting rules.

Your Choices And Requests

You can choose not to send personal or project information. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets, privileged material, security-sensitive information, or other highly sensitive material in an initial email.

To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate, email jesalc@live.com.

Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, recordkeeping, contract, dispute, or professional-advice reasons.

jesal.ai may link to third-party websites, profiles, documents, tools, or services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave jesal.ai. A link does not mean that Chitalia Ventures or jesal.ai controls or is responsible for that third party's practices.

Security

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under my control. No internet transmission, email service, hosting service, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

jesal.ai is intended for professional and business audiences. It is not directed to children.

Changes To This Policy

I may update this policy when the site, services, tools, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
