Supply Chain platform within NIQ Activate and Discover. Retail clients included Walmart, CVS, Loblaw, Sam’s Club, Sobeys and Rite Aid.
Owned UX decisions across inventory, forecasting, vendor performance and reporting. Connected overview, drill-down and root-cause investigation so operators could identify what needed attention and act on the evidence.
Shaped reusable reporting architecture across 13+ distinct reports and 40+ configurable KPIs across 3 client environments, preserving common filter, table, chart and export behavior.
Standardized 3 Carbon-based design systems with WCAG 2.1 AA considerations. Defined reusable states and interaction patterns with engineering to keep dense analytics consistent.
Designed Product / Store / Distribution Centre drill-downs and contextual evidence that reduced time-to-insight from 4+ hours to 90 minutes.

Contributed to editor and onboarding improvements associated with an 18% increase in trial-to-paid conversion and time-to-value improving from 12 days to 4 days.
