About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of jesal.ai. jesal.ai is the public service brand of Chitalia Ventures, an Ontario sole proprietorship operated by Jesal Chitalia.

By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Site Purpose

jesal.ai presents professional information, portfolio work, case studies, working methods, and information about services such as the Decision-Ready Systems Sprint.

The site is for general information, evaluation, and professional contact. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, security, procurement, accessibility, privacy, or other regulated professional advice.

No Relationship Created By Site Use

Visiting the site, reviewing portfolio material, clicking a link, or sending an initial inquiry does not create a client, consultant, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, confidentiality, or other professional relationship.

Paid work begins only under a separately accepted proposal, statement of work, service agreement, purchase order, or other written agreement. If a written agreement applies to a project, that written agreement controls the engagement.

Portfolio And Case-Study Boundaries

Portfolio material may include sanitized, reconstructed, illustrative, or modelled representations created to explain process, judgment, interaction design, visual systems, or decision logic while protecting confidential information.

Labels, captions, and source notes are intended to distinguish verified outcomes from reconstructed or modelled material. Do not treat a portfolio representation as access to a former employer's or client's confidential systems, live data, source files, private records, or intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, original material on jesal.ai is owned by Jesal Chitalia, carrying on business as Chitalia Ventures, or is used with permission. This may include the jesal.ai name and brand presentation, visual system, writing, illustrations, animations, mockups, interface designs, code presentations, components, case studies, diagrams, templates, workflows, methods, and other original site material.

Names, logos, product images, screenshots, fonts, libraries, tools, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the site transfers rights that I do not own.

You may view the site and share links for legitimate personal, recruiting, evaluation, commentary, or business-review purposes. You may not, without prior written permission, copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, sell, license, remove attribution from, present as your own, or create a misleading or competing commercial use of substantial site content, except where applicable law permits it.

You also may not use substantial site content to build datasets, train or fine-tune models, create derivative commercial products, reproduce the visual system, or generate substitute assets that imitate the site, except where you have prior written permission or applicable law permits it. This notice does not claim that technical measures prevent all automated access, copying, or model training.

Initial Inquiries And Confidential Information

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets, privileged material, regulated data, security-sensitive information, or other highly sensitive information in an initial email.

An initial inquiry is not confidential unless we have separately agreed to confidentiality in writing. If a potential engagement requires confidential information, we should first agree on the right written terms and a suitable exchange method.

Chitalia Ventures and jesal.ai do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, or accessibility.

Accuracy And Availability

I make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but content may become incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. The site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chitalia Ventures and Jesal Chitalia are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on, inability to access, or misuse of the site or linked third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to the current Privacy policy. The Privacy policy explains the email-only contact path, Framer hosting and analytics treatment, browser theme preference, and visitor request process.

Changes To These Terms

I may update these terms when the site, services, operating practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from that date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
